Bilingual Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
No prior insurance experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate with the right skill set. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, this is an excellent opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure exceptional service.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day.
- As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including base pay, commissions, and bonuses, as well as valuable experience and growth opportunities within our office.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- People-oriented, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Organizational and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
- Able to learn and adapt to new computer functions and systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multi-task with ease.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
Selected candidates are expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
