Sales Director - AI Solutions

Evona is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the business development efforts for AI-powered solutions in the aerospace sector.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales and a passion for driving innovation in aerospace and defense.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute focused sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and managing a healthy sales pipeline within the aerospace industry.
  • Understand client needs, providing AI-driven solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Utilize value-based sales techniques to structure deals that demonstrate clear returns on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and foster long-term relationships.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, including forecasts, pipeline status, and key financial metrics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Enterprise SaaS sales, within the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for candidates from a technical background.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in proactive prospecting, value-based selling, and engaging with senior leadership/C-suite executives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI is advantageous.
  • Clearance: Must be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance.
