Director of Sales & Customer Success-BPO/CX

As a Director of Sales & Customer Success-BPO/CX, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and helping our clients stay ahead of the curve in the Disruptive Technology space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and acquire new business within your assigned industry segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives across North America and globally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop presentations and proposals for client pursuits.
  • Lead the negotiation process for new contracts with prospective clients.
  • Utilize sales tools to track opportunities through the sales cycle and maintain a supportive team culture.
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of successful enterprise sales experience within the Disruptive Technology industry.
  • Extensive experience selling and presenting to C-level executives.
  • Strong written and verbal language skills, with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Tech-oriented with knowledge of contact centers, customer service, back-office operations, and AI/ML.
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, conferences, and client site visits.
