Job Summary:

NFI Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with customers and prospects by exploring opportunities within assigned market regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including frequent on-site visits
  • Prospect and source new opportunities within assigned regions
  • Participate in contract, rate schedule development, and bid review
  • Responsible for creating and delivering high-quality presentations to customers
  • Partner with peers and management to enhance selling techniques

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the transportation industry, with TL experience preferred
  • Familiarity with PC (Microsoft applications)
  • Strong knowledge base of the industry and marketplace
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communicator who can articulate the value proposition of the Company
  • Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business
  • Strong marketing background and capability
  • Excellent analytical skills – assess, design, and sell a given solution
