Sales Director

Job Summary:
NFI Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with customers and prospects by exploring opportunities within assigned market regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including frequent on-site visits
- Prospect and source new opportunities within assigned regions
- Participate in contract, rate schedule development, and bid review
- Responsible for creating and delivering high-quality presentations to customers
- Partner with peers and management to enhance selling techniques
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the transportation industry, with TL experience preferred
- Familiarity with PC (Microsoft applications)
- Strong knowledge base of the industry and marketplace
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communicator who can articulate the value proposition of the Company
- Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business
- Strong marketing background and capability
- Excellent analytical skills – assess, design, and sell a given solution
