As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing occupancy and ADR, and exceeding hotel profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and occupancy targets
- Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales performance
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to ensure our sales and marketing efforts remain competitive and effective
- At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience, preferably in a director-level role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
