Position Title: Sales Executive for Industrial Accounts (MRO)

Reports To: Chief Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities that create significant impact and drive transformation.
  • Deliver value to organizations by pinpointing multi-category solutions that address challenges and pain points.
  • Exhibit strong listening skills and pose insightful questions.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and rely on team members to achieve objectives.
  • Engage in philanthropic activities and contribute positively to the community.
  • Formulate and implement annual and quarterly strategies for category penetration in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Utilize category specialists to enhance profitable business outcomes.
  • Establish and nurture exceptional relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and uphold the Brand Promise.
  1. Coordinate with Customer Service and Account Coordinators to clarify the ordering process for clients.
  2. Investigate and resolve client concerns.
  3. Maintain a high retention rate within your customer portfolio.
  4. Build and sustain relationships with procurement contacts.
Meet established sales and activity targets.
  1. Leverage CRM tools for prospecting, account management, activity tracking, and forecasting.
  2. Execute dashboard activities as agreed with your Sales Director (New Customers, Insiders, Tours, Business Reviews, and Opportunities).
  3. Utilize and generate necessary reports/tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated self-motivation and enthusiasm for identifying, developing, and closing sales.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, or actively improving proficiency.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Results-oriented, driven by financial and career advancement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with products, pricing, competition, and sales goals is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
  • Industry knowledge is advantageous.
