About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Molecular Laboratory Manager to join our team at K.A. Recruiting, Inc. in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical supervisors and staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3 technical supervisors, 1 lab supervisor, and 25 staff members
  • Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 10 years of total lab experience, with 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's degree preferred
  • MB ASCP certification required
