Senior Laboratory Manager

Are you a seasoned laboratory professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Laboratory Manager to lead our team in Austin, Texas.

As a Senior Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3 technical supervisors, 1 lab supervisor, and 25 staff members. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of total lab experience and 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of laboratory staff, including technical supervisors and lab supervisors
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve laboratory goals

Requirements:
• 10 years of total lab experience
• 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree
