Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Molecular Lab Manager to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a key member of our laboratory management team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of Clinical Laboratory supplies and equipment. This is a full-time and permanent position with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement of Clinical Laboratory supplies and equipment
  • Monitor standing orders, negotiate supply contracts, and continually evaluate pricing and terminate agreements with vendors
  • Supervise and control inventory distribution
  • Identify laboratory needs for equipment and staffing
  • Ensure all personnel are continuously informed of changes in SOPs and company processes

Requirements
  • ASCP certification (MB required)
  • Prior laboratory experience and knowledge, including 4 years in molecular and 2 years in management
