Job Title: Payroll Specialist

This is a rewarding opportunity to join MedPOINT Management as a Payroll Specialist. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and coordinating between HR and the Payroll Team. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic approach to all aspects of the Payroll function.

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic individual who lives and breathes confidentiality. You will coordinate with managers and supervisors to manage daily processing and wage and hour violations and requirements. Top performers will process payroll for over 800 employees, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payroll reports, and process special requests for payroll adjustments, terminations, and new hires as needed. Your exceptional customer service skills, strong communication, and ability to be analytical and multi-task will make you an asset to our team.

The successful candidate will maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential. You will resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, provide payroll information by answering questions and requests, and maintain payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
