Job Description: Workday Payroll Specialist

The Workday Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Process high-volume multi-state payroll transactions.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience with payroll, preferably using Workday software. Strong knowledge of California labor laws, accounting principles, and Excel skills is essential.
