Payroll and Operations Specialist

Powerfull Electric Inc. is a growing electrical contracting company that provides luxury residential homeowners with innovative electrical systems. We are seeking a Payroll and Operations Specialist to join our team and support the management of our payroll and operations functions.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Payroll and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing bi-weekly payroll for all employees, monitoring GPS reports, and adjusting cost codes in Exaktime, QuickBooks, and Service Titan. You will also assist with absence and vacation requests, maintain employee information, and ensure compliance with Wage and Hour laws.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
