About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Transformation Lead to drive the delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives and provide active direction to achieve organizational strategy. This leadership role will work closely with workstream and initiative leaders across the organization to ensure plans are well thought out and deliver outstanding results and experiences for our clients, partners, colleagues, and CNB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Support executive leadership and key leaders to ensure strategic alignment and movement with speed on prioritized areas of focus
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address strategic questions, diagnose issues, develop plans, and enable initiatives to fully align to corporate strategy and direction
  • Drive, direct, monitor, and contribute to critical strategic initiatives, including enterprise onboarding, servicing through Salesforce, data governance, and progressive core modernization
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals to execute projects consistent with the organization's strategies
  • Communicate project prioritization to ensure the highest project risks are identified and managed in a timely manner
  • Lead cross-functional teams in managing and resolving key initiatives or projects critical to strategy success, including addressing risk, regulatory requirements, and blockers to strategy attainment
  • Influence key stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on key areas of focus to enable CNB's strategy
  • Balance and influence multiple competing priorities and teams by providing oversight and guidance to actions of high importance and creating and maintaining cross-organizational relationships to enable success
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects involving cross-functional disciplines and/or geographical regions
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in operational efficiency initiatives, systems development, and project management related disciplines such as quality management, financial management, and organization change management
