Job Overview

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.00 and flexible scheduling. You'll work closely with our team to develop and execute operational strategies that elevate guest engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations on the experience floor, including ticketing, guest services, and photo operations.
  • Train and develop a high-performing team of front-line staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6 months of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to remain standing for extended periods and move freely throughout the exhibit space.
