Help Desk Associate

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Associate to join our team at Oracle. As a Help Desk Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving issues related to our OPERA Property Management System (PMS) and MICROS Point of Sale (POS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to OPERA PMS and MICROS POS
- Collaborate with the Support Operations HOST team to verify customer entitlement for support
- Analyze, fix, and resolve customer issues or reassign to an appropriate resource or group as necessary
- Maintain good relationships with customers and keep them informed of progress during the incident process
- Provide input and feedback on knowledge management articles
Requirements:
- Experience using OPERA PMS or MICROS POS is desirable
- A minimum of some professional IT experience
- Passion for problem-solving and tinkering
- Preferably with Network+, CompTIA A+, Cisco, or related certifications
- Knowledge of SQL would be advantageous
