Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in facilitating strategic decision-making by executing comprehensive historical financial assessments and forward-looking financial modeling that aligns business operations with financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze financial data from diverse sources, including sales, production, and accounting, to generate insights that inform business decisions.
2. Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various business segments.
3. Apply finance and accounting principles to evaluate current financial operations and forecast future revenues and expenditures.
4. Prepare detailed analyses, recommendations, and reports for budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
5. Foster strong relationships with management across all business functions and board members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
6. Verify the accuracy of data to maintain the integrity of information used for decision-making.
7. Participate in monthly financial review meetings with company divisions.
8. Support other divisions in establishing their financial reporting structures.
9. Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in automated accounting systems and software.
- Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
