Your Role:

As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our tax department, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and their businesses. Your insights will be essential in navigating complex tax regulations while uncovering opportunities for financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to affluent clients and their associated entities.
  • Perform detailed reviews of complex tax returns, including individual, partnership, S-corporation, and corporate filings.
  • Manage client engagements with a focus on risk assessment, timely invoicing, and overall profitability.
  • Foster relationships within the firm and with clients, utilizing your entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Stay informed on evolving tax legislation, serving as a resource for your team.

  • Guide and mentor junior staff, aligning their growth with the firm’s objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts, budgeting, and billing processes.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, client-focused approach, and a commitment to quality.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline; a Master’s in Taxation is advantageous.
  • CPA or EA certification is preferred.
  • Over five years of substantial experience in tax return analysis and strategic planning for high-net-worth individuals and their enterprises, covering personal, partnership, and corporate taxation.
