  • Capacity Planning: Forecast resource requirements and ensure optimal allocation to meet business needs.
  • Skills Assessment: Evaluate skill sets and provide insights on IT capabilities to inform strategic planning.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Offer regular reports to senior leadership on resource utilization and planning to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Understand workforce roles, IT needs, and align strategies to ensure effective IT resource management.
  • Alignment with ITIL Practices: Ensure workforce management aligns with ITIL principles to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7-10 years' experience in resource management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and organizational dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; familiarity with MS Office, MS Visio, and Agile Methodology.
