Job Title: Branch Relationship Manager

At Telhio Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our members and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage branch financial performance, ensuring alignment with Telhio's strategic goals.
  • Direct, manage, and develop a team of Tellers, Relationship Bankers, and other branch staff through effective training and coaching methods.
  • Inspire each member of the branch team to achieve their individual performance standards and deliver exceptional member service.
  • Create a positive culture that fosters teamwork, excellent member service, and accountability.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations for all direct reports.
  • Build lasting member relationships internally and externally to contribute to achieving branch results.
  • Partner with Business Banking to build relationships with small businesses in the market and attend community and volunteer events.
  • Communicate openly with the team and possess the ability to make tough decisions.
  • Manage and lead staff to conduct branch operations in accordance with Telhio's policies and procedures.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Five or more years of experience leading and managing others.
  • Four to six years of retail banking experience.
  • Three or more years of financial services experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and scheduling experience.
  • Ability to work some Saturday hours.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, including credit, drug screen, criminal, and bondability checks.
