Job Opportunity

At Charles Schwab, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Branch Network as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive local business plan focused on growth of market share and client assets.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager to coach and develop a driven team of branch professionals, focusing on performance management and employee engagement. You'll also have the chance to build and deepen relationships with clients, within the community, and within Schwab to achieve desired results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Valid and active Series 7 license required
  • Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required
  • Valid and active Series 9/10 (8) license required (may be obtained within a 90-day condition of employment)
  • Flexibility to relocate across the network when a manager role becomes available
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry with leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to provide ongoing employee coaching, development, and recognition
  • Demonstrated business development experience with a strong drive for results
  • Passion to focus on retention and development of top talent through coaching, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Openness to build and deepen relationships with clients, within the community, and within Schwab to achieve desired results
  • Valid and active Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment)
  • CFP designation is preferred
  • Strong brokerage and industry knowledge
