Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Travis Credit Union. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to provide exceptional member service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional member service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve member engagement
  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve member experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the branch is operating efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
