Technical Sales Solutions Expert

The Technical Sales Solutions Expert at Kixie works closely with Account Executives to help prospects evaluate our sales engagement platform and move deals forward. This role requires the ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover customer pain points, as well as a deep understanding of the Kixie platform and its integration partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical consultation to trial and paid customers to address their specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to strategize and drive revenue growth.
- Design and implement custom integrations, automation, and reporting between Kixie and its integration partners to meet customer needs.
- Document customer use cases and custom solutions for the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to develop feature enhancements and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM administration, particularly in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of REST API, webhooks, and iPaaS (Zapier, Integromat, etc).
- Knowledge of VoIP, audio engineering, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Background in sales or customer success with a proven track record of success.
