Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive records for Accounting and Human Resources, including invoices and medical documentation.
- Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, or other matters.
- Establish and uphold protocols and timelines for onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate in the recruitment and selection process to meet staffing requirements.
- Support current and future organizational needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance evaluation system that promotes high performance.
- Administer compensation plans and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, including those related to accounting, confidentiality, unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and leave management.
- Process payroll, donations, and financial deposits.
- Receive and manage clinical admission forms, ensuring proper distribution and incorporation into patient records.
- Maintain all medical records in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
