Position Overview

While our caregivers provide vital medical assistance, our focus is on ensuring that every aspect of our patients' needs is acknowledged and addressed. Every individual we serve deserves to be treated with the utmost care, and together, we aim to create meaningful moments that resonate not only with the patients but also with their loved ones, who will cherish these experiences forever.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive records for Accounting and Human Resources, including invoices and medical documentation.
  • Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, or other matters.
  • Establish and uphold protocols and timelines for onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate in the recruitment and selection process to meet staffing requirements.
  • Support current and future organizational needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance evaluation system that promotes high performance.
  • Administer compensation plans and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, including those related to accounting, confidentiality, unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and leave management.
  • Process payroll, donations, and financial deposits.
  • Receive and manage clinical admission forms, ensuring proper distribution and incorporation into patient records.
  • Maintain all medical records in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
