Your responsibilities will involve tackling high-level, intricate customer issues across various product lines, collaborating closely with Development, Product Management, and Customer Experience teams. You'll provide exceptional support that goes beyond expectations, helping to resolve complex customer issues and build and maintain our customer base. This role demands a deep understanding of complex engineering and software systems, enabling you to resolve unique challenges for our international customer base with discretion and independent judgment. You'll lead resolution of complex networking, software, and hardware issues directly with customers, provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on Roadmap and requirements, and collaborate with Product Management and Development to address complex customer issues. You'll also gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and deliver detailed solutions on features, and assist the Technical Support Manager in optimizing support processes across the organization. To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience. You'll also require 7+ years of experience installing and/or managing advanced computerized applications, and preferred certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MSCA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Data Curation Education Program (DCEP). You'll need to be able to travel up to 10%.
