- Manage and record work requests using appropriate IT systems.
- Contribute to the wider activities of Materials and Crown Technology.
- Degree in science or engineering subject, or several years relevant experience in a similar technical support role.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, excellent interpersonal/verbal communication skills, and ability to manage and plan multiple work requests.
- Continuous improvement (e.g. 6σ) trained.
- Experience of metal packaging technology (beverage cans or metal vacuum closures).
- Beverage and/or Food filling and processing.
- Statistical knowledge.
- Trained in one or more relevant investigation techniques.
