  • Liaise with other teams, departments, and external resources to ensure the root cause of problems is established.
  • Contribute to the wider activities of Materials and Crown Technology, including proactive approach to environment, health, and safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in science or engineering subject, or several years of relevant experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage and plan multiple work requests.
Preferred Requirements
  • Continuous improvement trained, with experience of metal packaging technology and statistical knowledge.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate problems into improvement opportunities.
