Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming each guest with a friendly greeting as they enter.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while attending to our guests.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant at all times.
  • Assisting in the preparation of our signature menu items.
  • Learning about and supporting catering and special events.
  • Encouraging customers to explore our additional offerings through upselling.
  • Participating in various daily restaurant tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Duties:

Line Servers

Line servers play a crucial role in engaging with guests. They take orders as requested, provide menu information, and ensure the restaurant remains clean and welcoming. Line servers are expected to interact with guests throughout their visit, anticipating and fulfilling their needs while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Previous experience as a line server is preferred.
  • Be a team player.
  • Exhibit creativity and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Food Handlers Card is required.
  • Alcohol Server Permit is required.
Cashiers

Cashiers must possess excellent customer service abilities. They should be knowledgeable about the menu to accurately record orders and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions. Cashiers must listen attentively to customer concerns and respond appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in cash handling.
  • Food Handlers Card is required.
  • Alcohol Server Permit is required.
Dishwashers

Dishwashers are essential members of the restaurant team, responsible for ensuring that dishware is spotless and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
  • Food Handlers Card is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Capacity to work quickly and efficiently.
