- Utilize our front desk software to process transactions and generate reports.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to stay informed about room availability and guest needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient in basic office skills, including mathematics, cash handling, and computer literacy.
