  • Manage reservation requests and make necessary adjustments to bookings.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and colleagues to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Utilize our front desk software to process transactions and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to stay informed about room availability and guest needs.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.

- Proficient in basic office skills, including mathematics, cash handling, and computer literacy.

Skills and Attributes:

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Education and Experience:

Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service environment is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
