- Operational Tasks: Assist with daily operational tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Assist with merchandising tasks, including plan-o-gram implementation, visual displays, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reconciling cash register drawers, preparing deposits, and ordering change from the bank.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates, including ensuring store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
