About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Valeo. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions and resolving problems.
  • Process customer claims and questions, assigning them to the appropriate department and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive actions and key account follow-up.
  • Administer customer operations and processes, including order integration, stock allocation, and invoicing.
  • Support the sales force by providing necessary information related to customer accounts, back orders, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
