Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Magellan Financial & Insurance Services, Inc. This role will provide administrative support to our financial advisors and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist advisors with account openings, documentation, and client communication.
  • Manage client records, including trade-related documents and financial applications.
  • Process client requests, such as check processing, address changes, and wire transfers.
  • Provide reports and information to advisors as needed.
  • Identify and escalate any concerns or unusual client activity.
  • Support office administrative needs, including answering phones and processing mailings.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and office procedures.
  • Basic understanding of the investment brokerage industry and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
