Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring exceptional guest experiences? We're seeking a Quality Assurance Field Coordinator to join our team at Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Field Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for conducting independent, structured assessments to measure the quality standards of our facilities and furniture. This role will report findings and observations to the Director of Risk Management to assist in developing plans of action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onsite walk-throughs of property to inspect the presentation and quality of assets
  • Track specifications for all types of furniture, including location, condition, and inventory
  • Operate a camera for photo capturing of resort standards
  • Prepare and report data, submitting recommendations for improvements to the Director of Risk Management
Requirements:
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Hospitality experience or related field preferred
  • Quality assurance background and/or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Outlook)
