Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our assembly team. The successful candidate will work directly with other assemblers and assembly supervisors to ensure production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble MESABI Heat Exchangers
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including pushing tubes, testing heat exchangers, and assembling crates for final product shipment
  • Work with a variety of power tools and have the opportunity to grow knowledge and skills
  • Observe, guide, and assist with training
  • Assist in other areas of production as needed
Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of work experience
  • Strong mechanical ability and experience using power tools and forklift when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing
