Job Summary

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team at L&M Radiator, Inc., a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions. As a member of our assembly team, you will work directly with other assemblers and assembly supervisors to ensure production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble MESABI Heat Exchangers
  • Test heat exchangers
  • Build crates using hand and power tools
  • Install grommets using grommet guns and tubes
  • Assemble fans, belts, motors, RTTS exchangers, and capture seal oil coolers using electric power drive units
  • Observe, guide, and assist with training
  • Assist in other areas of production as needed
Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of work experience
  • Strong mechanical ability and experience using power tools and forklift when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing
