Assembler - 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test heat exchangers, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
- Operate power tools, such as drills and impact wrenches, to assemble and install components.
- Work in a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
