Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients in the Faith Based Organization (FBO) and Ministry Adjacent NPO space to increase revenue and client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring alignment with our product offerings
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Present and sell new products to our enterprise clients, highlighting the value and benefit of our solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements, providing excellent customer service
  • Expand market awareness of our products and industry expertise
  • Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and industry expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment or related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and teachable
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Successful closing skills and ability to solve practical problems
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure
Physical and Travel Considerations
  • Ability to work in a remote office environment
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours and days
  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 25%
