Collaborating closely with site superintendents, you will direct all facets of the project to guarantee smooth operations and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all projects while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, respect, and helpfulness towards all stakeholders
Establish direction, align resources, and execute projects to a high standard
Engage with clients to evaluate project scope and necessary resources for successful completion
Oversee the entire construction process to ensure compliance with safety, quality, design, budget, and schedule
Interact directly with client representatives, architectural and engineering representatives, and other contractors
Develop and manage the project timeline
Handle financial aspects of contracts, including fee payments, equipment rentals, and income/expenses
Initiate and oversee extra work estimates and change order issuance
Ensure productivity of labor, efficient material and equipment use, and contractual compliance
Represent Aristeo in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy discussions
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines
Manage project costs
Coordinate subcontractors and lead contractor meetings
Draft and manage subcontracts and change orders
Mentor and develop Project Engineers
Address and resolve issues effectively
Ensure efficient and complete project closeout, including financial reconciliation
Required Skills: Candidates should be self-driven, possess strong leadership capabilities, and be interested in cultivating new business relationships
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage all project aspects, including technical, safety, scheduling, cost, and financial responsibilities
Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
Strong problem-solving and planning skills are essential
Required Experience: A four-year degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in structural steel management within heavy industrial projects.
