Job Summary

As a Human Resources Coordinator with Levy, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director on all personnel matters. This role involves assisting with payroll processing, conducting benefits enrollment for new employees, and verifying I-9 documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, answering their requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees, ensuring they are aware of their benefits and have completed all necessary paperwork.
  • Verify I-9 documentation and complete I-9 forms, tracking and initiating updates as required.
  • Submit online investigation requests and assist with employee background checks.
  • Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs, recommending corrective action as needed.
  • Update HR spreadsheets with employee change requests and process paperwork.
  • Assist with processing terminations, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Assist with the preparation of performance review forms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the HR Manager with various research projects and special initiatives.
  • Assist with the recruitment and interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate employee discount coupons, contacting companies as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
