Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, answering their requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees, ensuring they are aware of their benefits and have completed all necessary paperwork.
- Verify I-9 documentation and complete I-9 forms, tracking and initiating updates as required.
- Submit online investigation requests and assist with employee background checks.
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs, recommending corrective action as needed.
- Update HR spreadsheets with employee change requests and process paperwork.
- Assist with processing terminations, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Assist with the preparation of performance review forms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the HR Manager with various research projects and special initiatives.
- Assist with the recruitment and interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate employee discount coupons, contacting companies as directed by the HR Manager.
- Schedule meetings and interviews, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
