Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, talent management, and employee exits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll system reporting and processing of payroll semi-monthly
  • Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance with employee training and education, safety, and performance evaluation programs
  • Research, review, maintain, and renew company benefit packages
  • Align HR programs and objectives with headquarters in Korea and provide necessary HR data and information
  • Manage the office work environment, office assets, and supplies, company events

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Korean required
  • 1-2 years of progressive HR experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans
  • Detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality
