Director of Human Resources

As a key member of our Executive Committee, the Director of Human Resources plays a vital role in aligning our associate strategies with our operations and service initiatives to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support our business objectives
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and staffing initiatives
  • Administer wage and salary programs, benefits, and employee relations
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance associate skills and performance
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR to drive best practices and innovation
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of progressive Human Resource experience, preferably with Hyatt
  • Proven leadership skills and a service-oriented style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
