Your Role

As a Core Sales Manager, you'll oversee sales teams, responsible for expanding customer relationships, growing new business, and driving revenue growth to meet organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, executing pricing plans, and coaching/training teams for success.

Your Qualifications

  • Sales Leadership Experience: managing high-volume transactional sales teams, project management expertise, and selling at all customer levels
  • Business Acumen: understanding interdepartmental relations, strong communication, and team building skills
  • Time Management: prioritization and delivery against deadlines, experience managing teams through transitions or significant change
