**Salary & Benefits**

**Job Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and achieve salon goals
• Hire and train a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing personalized consultations and education on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Manage cash handling, administrative tasks, and goal tracking with accuracy and efficiency

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior leadership experience in the beauty industry preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours/day)
• Lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and possess reliable transportation
• Open availability with flexibility to work various shifts
