Job Description:

As an Insurance Account Manager at the David Weber Agency of Farmers Insurance, you will have the opportunity to build a successful career in the insurance industry while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves generating insurance quotes, conducting sales presentations, and finalizing sales. You will also be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and providing support to policyholders.

About the Role:

  • Generate insurance quotes and conduct sales presentations
  • Identify potential clients and develop relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
  • Collaborate with seasoned insurance agents to learn about insurance products and sales techniques
  • Participate in training and development programs to prepare for licensure as a Farmers Insurance agent

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
  • Adherence to high ethical and professional standards
