Overview

As a Senior Living Community Executive at Brightview Senior Living, you will thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, leading your community with creativity and autonomy.

We are currently looking for a seasoned Executive Director to oversee our Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, along with our signature Wellspring Village neighborhood designed for residents with memory limitations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be engaged in all aspects of community operations, including Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office.

You will manage the daily business operations to ensure outstanding quality and service, maintain resident satisfaction, engage associates, drive operational efficiency, and achieve strong financial outcomes.

Each department head will report directly to you, and together, you will guide a team of associates, embracing the vision, mission, and vibrancy of our organization.

This position offers you the chance to leave a lasting impact while enhancing the lives of both residents and staff.

Salary Range
USD $140,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives, nor does it encompass the value of our benefits program. Offers will consider factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.


Qualifications

You possess a deep passion for resident care and have a proven ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results.

While you are collaborative, you are also capable of making independent decisions when necessary.

Your experience in senior living equips you to lead a robust operation, supported by your regulatory knowledge and business acumen.

You are a champion of driving occupancy results and hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or possess equivalent experience.

Strong technological skills enable you to navigate various systems effectively.

You meet state licensing requirements (where applicable) and can manage multiple priorities and demands for your time.

Your problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities will help position your community as a market leader.
