Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks as specified on repair orders with precision and efficiency, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Identify the root causes of malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to acquire required components.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and Service Advisor to ensure timely job completion.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Ford vehicles
  • ASE Certification
  • Proficient knowledge in all facets of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Quick learner with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Skilled in using electronic diagnostic tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
