Position Overview:
As the Chief Executive Officer at Brightview Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to operate in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, guiding your community with innovation and autonomy. We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer for Brightview Sayville, which provides Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, along with our distinctive Wellspring Village neighborhood for residents with memory challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Our Chief Executive Officers are engaged in every aspect of community operations, including Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office.

In this role, you will manage the daily business functions of the community to ensure outstanding quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, and associate engagement, along with operational efficiency and robust financial performance. Each department head will report directly to you, and together, you will lead a team of associates across the community by embodying the vision, mission, and vibrancy of our organization.

You will have the chance to make a significant impact while enhancing the lives of both residents and associates.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is USD $140,000.00 to USD $155,000.00 per year.

The mentioned salary range reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it encompass the value of our benefits program. Offers will take into account factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for resident care.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and leading teams to achieve results.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary while fostering collaboration.
  • Experience in senior living that equips you to lead a strong operation due to your regulatory knowledge and business acumen.
  • A champion for driving occupancy results.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technological skills to navigate various systems.
  • Compliance with state licensing requirements (where applicable).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to position your community as a market leader.
