Job Summary

Innophos is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support to our North Salt Lake and Geismar, Louisiana manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Manage data entry activities in multiple HR systems, including new hires and employment changes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Track and report HR data, maintaining accurate records.
  • Organize and maintain job descriptions, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Ensure new hire notifications and employee exits are processed efficiently.
  • Coordinate HR meetings and other meetings as requested.
  • Assist with the facilitation of New Hire Orientation.
  • Support the Performance Review Program, Benefits Open Enrollment, and Year-End Compensation Planning Process.
  • Document HR procedures as needed.
  • Prepare separation packages as required.
  • Liaise with Payroll as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in an HR role.
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English strongly preferred.
