The Cardinal Group USA, LLC is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Construction Scheduler. As a dynamic and innovative Project and Construction Management firm, we specialize in the life science and advanced technology markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide scheduling support by building and maintaining project schedules, typically in excess of 2,000 activities, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Read construction drawings to assist with the development of project logic and ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Collaborate with multiple project teams to maintain schedules for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Analyze planned vs. actual progress and develop reports for publication to team members and clients, providing valuable insights for project improvement.
  • Develop resourced planning, progress measurement, cash flow, and earned value tools and reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain trusting and professional relationships with clients, design partners, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative project environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CPM scheduling techniques and principles, with experience in scheduling software, including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Experience in Life Science, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or other technical markets is preferred, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, an ability to work in a team environment, and a desire to work with details are essential for success in this role.
