We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Visual Communications Specialist to join our in-house Creative Services team at Tekskills Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual materials that support our company's brand identity and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop print and digital materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, banners, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer and marketing communication team to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and standards.
  • Assist with weekly projects and take the lead on design projects for internal and external campaigns.
  • Maintain and archive files, and perform regular job file backups.
  • Develop and source images for use on social media, campaigns, and public website.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience designing print collateral and digital materials.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute highly accurate work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work hard and accept feedback.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Sketch, Figma, and WordPress.
