Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

At InVue, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer support team in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving total customer satisfaction, loyalty, and a premium customer experience through process and people development.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional experience in a customer service, account operations, and/or support role, with 3+ years of direct people management experience. Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and high proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications are essential for this position. You'll also have experience with ERP systems/AS400 and Zendesk preferred.
